CREDIT WATCH IS SOLELY A CREDIT MONITORING COMPANY AND DOES NOT PROMISE TO REPAIR CREDIT IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM, FURTHERMORE CREDIT WATCH DOES NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES OR AMENDMENTS TO YOUR CREDIT AND WILL ONLY SIMPLY RECOMMEND THE BEST SOLUTIONS FOR YOU BUT WILL NOT EXECUTE THE RECOMMENDATIONS. CUSTOMERS ARE AT THEIR FREE WILL IF WHEN AND HOW THEY WANT TO EXECUTE THE RECOMMENDED ACTIONS. However, Credit Watch does not warrant that Service descriptions or other content on this Web Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a Service offered by Credit Watch itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to cancel the service in the manner set forth in the Credit Watch Service Agreement. The prices displayed on the Web Site are in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

CUSTOMER CONSENT:

BY CHECKING THE TERMS AND CONDITION CHECK BOX THE CUSTOMER AGREES/GIVES AUTHORITY TO CREDIT WATCH PULLING THEIR SOFT CREDIT REPORT IN ORDER TO REVIEW ANY DISCRENPANCIES, RED FLAGS OR ANY IRREGULAR ACTIVITY. THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT GIVE CREDIT WATCH LLC THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE REPORT BUT SIMPLY REPORT THESE DISCREPANCIES TO THE CUSTOMER AND PROVIDE BEST ADVICE TO THEIR KNOWLEDGE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USE OF THE CREDIT WATCH CREDIT RESTORATION SERVICES:

All use and/or purchase of Credit Watch Credit Monitoring services are subject to Credit Watch Service Agreement. Users can cancel their accounts at any time, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Credit Watch Service Agreement, however, since we are not able to pro-rate, the account will remain active until the end of the paid monthly cycle. There are no pro-rated refunds. Once your account is cancelled your member access to the site will be revoked upon the expiration of the paid monthly cycle. You agree that fees collected are non-refundable. All cancellation shall also be strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the Credit Watch Service Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms and condition contained in this Terms of Use and the Credit Watch Services Agreement, the Credit Watch Services Agreement shall prevail and be deemed the governing document.

INAPPROPRIATE IMAGES OR WORDS

Credit Watch reserves the right to remove any text or images uploaded by you that it deems in its sole judgment to be inappropriate or which it believes may subject it to any liability, including without limitation the following:

images, text or other materials submitted by users that are protected by trademark, copyright, right of publicity or other proprietary right, without the express permission of the owner of those rights;

profanity or offensive comments including but not limited to expressions of racism, bigotry or hatred, or that are abusive, slanderous or offensive;

any illegal material such as expressions of abuse, offensive language and imagery, obscenity or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under, or otherwise violate, any applicable law.

CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT; DESIGNATED AGENT

CONTENT REVIEW

Credit Watch may elect to electronically monitor areas of this Website and may disclose any content, records or electronic communication of any kind to satisfy any law, regulation or government request, if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate this Website, or to protect the rights or property of Credit Watch, its independent contractors, service providers, consultants, sponsors, licensors or the public.
